Le Chef Mobile Meal Plan Service
For those who have no time to cook and still want to eat healthy meals with top quality ingredients, let Le Chef Mobile create a meal plan for you.
The Process
The first step is to discuss your menu preferences with Chef Pierre. We will make every effort to work with your individual preferences, however, Chef Pierre will select the menu each week. He will also rotate the menus to make sure you have as much variety as possible from week to week.
Deliveries will be made on Monday and Thursday, sometime in the afternoon. Plastic bags will be provided and rotated from delivery to delivery. You don’t need to be home to accept the food, but arrangements will need to be made in advance to let us know where to leave the food.
If you are going out of town, we just ask that you notify us before Monday morning so that we don’t buy the food. We don’t require any contract for the food delivery, but would appreciate two weeks notice if you don’t want to continue with the service.

Oven roasted cornish game hen with broccoli and mashed potatoes

Lamb chop with grilled bell pepper and red bliss potatoes
Grilled salmon fillet with haricot verts and basmati rice
Seafood lasagna with sauted red cabbage
Pork tenderloin with vegetable julienne and couscous
Chicken sausage with tomato Provençale and rice
Blackened cajun catfish with butternut squash and spanish rice
Beef burgundy stew with assorted vegetables and potatoes
Halibut with champagne cream sauce and spinach
Sauted shrimp with vegetables over pasta
Chicken breast parmesan with sweet peas and rice
Lamb stew with black beans and grilled polenta
BBQ Swordfish kebobs over rice
Greek moussaka with assorted vegetables
Spanish Paella
Price: $15/person/meal, which includes cost of food preparation and one delivery within I-95.
$90 minimum weekly fee.
